I've been stuck at the same weight for some time now so the good doc and I decided to go to the next dose. Starting today I'm taking 15mg. Today's weight is 206.4 i'll log how I feel as we go, I really hope it doesn't start the super manic tiredness over again 😳

So I'm still loosing after mad's wedding and the cruise! I ate pretty good but we drank a ton of drinks on the cruise that I'm sure we're a million calories! Anyway happy to be down! 

The last few weeks have been nuts-o! With Maddie's wedding, work and planning vaca I haven't slept well and have stressed quite a bit. I'm still loosing but it's been pretty slow.
