To start....
This seems to be a superhero feat to shed some pounds! A little background info to log...I have been in the 218-222 weight range for over a year now.
My stats today-
220.0 lbs
5' 3"
Waist: 42.5
Hips: 50
Bust: 48
Biceps: 16
Thighs: 31
I am pretty active. I do have a sit down job but do it using a stand up desk. I also walk at least 30 minutes, up and down hills pretty much every day, maybe skip once or twice a week. Most of the time when I do skip its because were out running around or cleaning house, doing a project, etc.
I have also been "dieting" for years now. Mostly following weight watchers where I'm eating right and logging what I do eat to keep track. My biggest struggle has been sticking to it. I'll be super good for about 5-6 days then sink into delicious food land for a day or two. I straighten back up pretty quick.
All of this combined its pretty discouraging not to shed more of this weight. I have played around with the "diet drug" idea for awhile now. I recently took the dive and have chosen to try Qsymia. We did a ton of research and this one seems to tackle my two largest hurdles, appetite and burning calories. So here goes....
